How Great Thou Art ...

The title of this post ... How Great Thou Art ... I could say ... enough said ... but I am way too wordy for that.  As I was laying in bed this morning, the lyrics to this beautiful old hymn came in to my head and I started singing.

O Lord my God, When I in awesome wonder,
Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made;
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

When through the woods, and forest glades I wander,
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees.
When I look down, from lofty mountain grandeur
And see the brook, and feel the gentle breeze.

And when I think, that God, His Son not sparing;
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in;
That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin.

I challenge you to watch and listen and raise your hands in praise of our awesome Father God.  Take four minutes out of your busy schedule ... God deserves so much more of us but four minutes is a start.
